Auckland, Queens Birthday 2010

After spending 6 months in Paris, I came back to Dunedin in 1979. After a brief stint with Allied Computer Processing, I got a job with Air New Zealand in Auckland, and so I arrived in the City of Sail in September 1979 and never left.

We are 2 weeks away from the southern winter solstice, and yet I can still wander around in my sandals and shorts, to the great dismay of my wife and daughter number 2.

The autumn coloring has been as spectacular as ever. See for yourself.

Between Tides

On the 28th of March 2010, the Jersey+ group of artists held the 9th annual Between Tides exhibition at Westmere Beach in Auckland.

The exhibition was curated by Lyn Dallison, a friend of ours dating back to the days when our kids attended Hillsborough Playcentre in the 90's.
